A friend of mine is using wanadoo in France, (I have seen this with my own eyes when he brought his laptop here to PR), every day he receives around thirty emails, two or three are for him and the rest are viruses. When he showed me I had a look at the email properties and most of it seemed to be originating in the Wanadoo servers, your problem may not be that Wanadoo is not sending your emails it's quite possible Wanadoo has been black listed with the other ISP's.
Try contacting the receiving ISP and ask if Wanadoo is on the black list.

Find a friend who has some Gmail invites. Please don't solicit here in these forums for an invite, we don't allow that.

Gmail is an email service provided by google.com that offers large capacity email accounts for free. They can be used as a webmail service, a pop3 based email service, or both. Gmail accounts are free but the service is not yet public as it is still in its beta stage. The service has been up and running for over a year now. Since it's in beta stage and it is free but not necessarily open for public registration yet, you either have to be invited to join the service by gmail itself, or someone who already has a gmail account.

Gmail is proving to be a nice alternative to the previous email accounts I have used in the past and you can use it with outlook or outlook express. In case your email is destroyed or lost due to virus or outlook crash error, all your emails are safely archived in google gmail servers (if you select the appropriate settings).
