hey, guys,
i have bought a SKY HAWK PSR5601W-SL (SILVER) ALUMINUM MID TOWER (http://www.mwave.com/mwave/skusearch.hmx?SCriteria=BA21184&CartID=done&nextloc=), it says there is a optional front fan slot, but it looks different from all the other fan, it donesn't have the 4 screw holes. it looks like a rack with horizontal metal bars, im not sure if it is a fan slot. i was wondering if any1 had this case or does the front fan slot suppose to be different from the other fan slots, thx

Ball bearing fans use ball bearings on the fan shaft while a sleeve bearing is just a piece of metal that has a hole in it for the fan shaft. Sleeve bearing fans tend to wear out faster and are generally noisier.

The front fan on my Lian-li case has a sliding horizontal rack instead of the normal 4 pin connector. The horizontal slide fits a standard 120mm fan. I hope this helps. Have you tried calling the manufacturer?

According to the case description, that case has ports for 2 80mm fans. From the pictures it look like it's 2 fans on the rear of the case and no fans up front.

It does look like it has a fan cage in there. Have you taken it out to see if a 80mm fan fits in there?

It doesn't look like intake fans would be beneficial there, as the case blocks off any air flow. The little 1"x3" slits they cut underneath just dont cut it...
