The way I configured my computers under my desk, when they have a load on them from gaming or Folding at Home they produce allot of heat under the desk, which comes forward. When setting at the desk, you want to back up due to the amount of heat.

I don't know if I will do this, but I was wondering if I configured all my computers with just rear air exits, collected into some duct work and vented it outside like a normal clothes dryer?

Has anyone else done this or thought about it?

In the winder it is nice, because my computers keep that room warm, but in the summer the AC has to work extra hard to cool this room.

Keep in mind, under this desk is 3 computers.

I would imagine you could then attach a plastic dryer hose or something similar with a flap/check valve in each hose (so if one or more computers is off you dont get a backflow)..run them into one hose and exhaust it outside. I imagine that would take the heat directly outside.
