please help!!!

i just got a new speaker set up today.. and a new sound card.. a logitech x530 (5.1), and then i crapped out on the sound card and got a chaintech av512 (5.1 compatible).. my probelm(s).. when i play music through windows media player it sounds fine but it doesnt come through the front center. but when i play it through the media player it came with it comes out of all the speakers..

and then i just played halo, it sounded good, but once again won't come through the front center, and when i go to sound settings the hardware accelerator doesnt show up??...

i can't find any drivers for this card, and the ones on the chaintech site i get an error message cause the page is down that you download it from.

if you could help me i would love you very much, thanks

edit*** ok so on halo it comes out of all the speakers, but it still doesn't show up as a hardware accelerator
