I will be in a tiny dorm room soon and I want a TV tuner to save space. Here are the requirements:

- Must be a PCI Card
- Has to be able to let me play my PS2/Xbox through it (Preferrably with SVid) with NO LAG WHATSOEVER (I have heard that some Tuner cards have video lag when it comes to consoles.)
- FM tuner optional (but would be nice)
- Remote optional (but, again, would be nice)
- Compatible with Windows Media Center Edition 2005
- $75 max (I'm very weak, so this may be a little flexible...)

I have looked into the Hauppage PVR-150MCE and PVR-250MCE. The 250MCE looks good, but it's a little pricey. The 150MCE's image quality looks a little iffy...

I am willing to use eBay to get this, too.

this (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16815116620) has everything you want except for remote control though, and it has inputs for ps2 though i am not sure if that will work

Kevin, that's the PVR-150MCE that he's already looked at.
