I was looking through my comp deleting things I came up to this.

It's like 563MB or something around there, and wanted to know what this is and should i delete this? Trying to remove unnecessary things.

Sounds like a FlashGet temporary file - probably an incomplete download.

I googled the name and came up with nothing - if you are paranoid about deleting it, burn it to a disk then delete it, if you never notice it is gone toss the disk.
