nitc.exe wont go away!!!

Hey I've pretty much cleansed this computer of viruses etc. Except for this little CLKoptimizer, it appears under nitc.exe, and maybe vpnapm.exe I've tried everything but I can't seem to get it to go away!!! Thanks for help

This is pretty much a "must have" application:
MoveOnBoot allows you to copy, move or delete files on the next system boot. This can come handy if you need to replace or delete files that are locked by other applications, loaded into memory or cannot be changed until next system boot.
