I am swapping out a motherboard with one of the same model due to a bad audio chip on the board. Is there anything I need to do software wise when doing a swap? Any tips or tricks to making things run as fast as possible.
Thanks!

Are you replacing the bad mobo with a new one that is the exact same brand and model? If so, then you shouldn't have to do anything special.

Yes, the mobo is the exact same model #.
Thanks!

The only thing that may be different is the BIOS version...but that won't matter. You may wish to update your new board to the latest BIOS version.
