Unknown file types

I have the following files in my windows folder:

zd____.pfb 40,858
zx____.pfb 74,870
zy____.pfb 95,283

What are they and do I need them?

I'm pretty sure they're Acrobat fonts.

Ditto to Chris. I've have 16 of 'em.

PFA Type 1 font (ASCII)
PFB Type 1 font (binary)

Found them under Adobe has to do with printing.
Don't know if you need them or not

You need them if you want your Acrobat Reader to work right.
