irda device drivers needed

i have an old usb irda port lying around (never cared to istall it) but now i have a plam and it might be usefull. problem is: it was a gift and there where no drivers with it

the chipset is sigmatell STir4200S and the printcart says TKE 201v0 . RU
i'm specificly looking for windows2000 drivers
