When I'm online, clicking start>progrm>windows explorer, will let the pc freezes. Don't know why. Any idea why? Thanks.

Need a little bit more info.
What's your system, the OS and the browser you're using.
Also when did this happen first ? Did you change something (hardware or software) ?

I use win98,IE5.5. It happened only lately. Did not add any new hardware.
Go to start > settings > control panel, software.
Select Internet Explorer 5.5 and click on Add/Remove.
Then a box will appear. Select the repair option.
Maybe that could take care of the problem, because IE is fully integrated in Win98, and there might be something defective.
