My back pain is finally gone after 3 months of suffering. I just had minimally invasive discectomy between L5 and S1, if you are interested.
Why it took 3 months, you ask? When I got hurt playing soccer, my insurance company sent me to a gynecologist... I didn't realize it was a gynecologist until I got there. So he thought it was just a nerve pain and it would go away in a week. And it didn't.
After a couple of weeks of seeking free advise, I finally saw a physician specializing bone and joint (the clinic is actually called Bone & Joint Clinic). And he told me I had a ruptured disc.
Anyway, I'm just so happy that I don't have to feel the pain anymore...
