Hey guys i was just wondering if there are any free and legal Peer to peer sharing programs?

all are legal, its what you do with them that makes them illegal. if you are looking to trade copyrighted music for free, then no, you aren't going to find a legal one.

is there any wayo to check the music to see if its copyrighted ?

if it's played on the radio, or sold on a cd, it's probably copyrighted. some indie bands release some of their music to be distributed through p2p though, or for download on the internet. but their website will say so then.

id also like to add...some of those bands that allow free distribution of their music will often have it available at their own website.
