Hi,
I have a RICOH IS450 scanner connected to an AHA 2930CU PCI SCSI controller. The operating system is Windows 2k SP4. The scanner seems to disappear from the Scanners and Cameras list after some time and after a reboot. I would then have to add the scanner again manually. Has anyone encountered this problem before?
