Vbulletin Portal needed

Does anyone know of a good portal for Vbulletin, just started doing a new website (personal interest - not business) and i'm uisng VBadvance portal, here's a link: http://www.performancextreme.com It just lacks a lot of features and is very basic, my experience with PHP is extremely limited so i didnt reall want to attempt writing the main content of the site myself and i heard there are several Vbulletin portals out there but cant seem to find any more than 3, VBAdvance, VBPortal (which isn't free), and VBindex (which i couldnt get to work at all). Since i just spent £80 on the Owned VBulletin license i'm trying to do this for no extra expense. Basically what i think i really need is something that has a knowledge base for holding tutorials or similar, is there another script i can add that'd do that for me if i were to do away with the portal?

Any assistance or advice you guys can offer would be greatly appreciated
