Can't select map

I'm trying to run a dedicated server for Half Life so me and a couple friends can play online. It's working fine except for the fact that I cannot select which map to run. It's set to "stalkyard" and it's greyed out. Any ideas?

Have you tried changing the map from within the console of Half Life using the RCON password?

How do I enter the password? What do I type into the console?

EDIT: I figured it out. I had to go to the "Main" tab and change it. Anyway, now I have another question. Is there a way to have AI players to play against? How can I do this?
