I recently purchased a DKU-2 cable to connect my phone to my PC. After installing the driver I plugged in my phone but it said the device has malfunctioned or isn't recognised...what's wrong??

I had the exact same problem with the DKU-5 cable.

I installed the drivers for the cable and PC Suite, connected up and said the enhancement isn't supported! WTF!

After days and days of trying i gave up in the end. Which is a real shame as i have loads of pictures of my boy on there that i want to get off!

A friend asked me to do the same for him, and retrieve pics of his phone for him. At first it wouldnt see the phone, so i kept on playing , and exploring the driver disk . I eventually found that by installing manually the wrong driver , it worked , also really push home the connector to the phone. I cant remember which driver it was , but i do know i thought id just try one of the other drivers on the cd, that wasnt for the nokia i had. Might work for you ???
