HELP!!
I recently installed HP 1600 all in one combo on a Windows ME for a person and it will not scan. It prints ok but when you try to scan or do a copy it will do fine down one side of the paper that it prints out, however after about 1 1/2 inches over onto the paper it is all black! I have tried different drivers and nothing seems to work. This is a new product that was just purchased and the machine meets all the requirements for the printer/combo unit, but I can't seem to get it to work correctly. There was no errors with the install. Any suggestions?
