Here's my dilemma. I want to pay someone to write some software code for me... not massively involved, but taking a decent amount of effort. Does anyone know where I might be able to advertise or find people willing to be paid a decent amount of money for some MATLAB code for instance?? (I'm looking to simulate a GPS signal)
