Soundcard installing???

Hi!
I seem to have lost my cd for installing my soundcard. I cant find it and now I wonder if I have to buy a new soundcard or how can I install mine. I think I have something in my motherboard but I am not sure. I do not know much about computers but I am learning very fast on these forums. Well still I havent learned where or how to install the soundcard.

I have a dell inspiron 8600 portable comuter

I tried to find the name of my soundcard with Everest home adition but it seems a bit hard or maybe I did find it.

Intel 82801DBM ICH4-M - AC´97 Audio Controller

This name above was the name I found under

Everest home edition- motherboard-multimedia- PCI/PnP Audio- Device Description

Can anyone help me this time? Since this time I am writing in english instead of swedish which no one seemed to apreciate.
