Either on the disk that came with the drive, or try the Seagate site.

ok its an oem hard drive. only it came..
and I tired the diskwizzard thing from seagate.. but after it restarts my pc.. it never "continues" setup of my hard drive.. I think my pcs not detecting it..
It's the controller drivers you need, not hard drive drivers. They would be on the motherboard CD and on the Asus site. You need to extract them to a floppy to install Windows on the drive. There's 2 different SATA controllers on that board - the native Via and the Promise.

^^;;
I dont have a floppy drive... can a cd work?.. also.. wtf is a controler.. what am I looking for?
No, you MUST use a floppy if a driver is required. The controller is the jack you plug the SATA cable into, you might want to read over your motherboard manual and the readmes on the motherboard CD.

Looks like your Via controller has native support but your Promise doesn't. Which controller are you plugging your SATA drive into? (Read the motherboard manual to answer that)

The only way without a floppy is the following procedure, and you need a working PC for that:
- copy the contents of your XP CD to hard drive
- integrate the drivers of the IDE controller
- burn a new XP CD, you need a blank CD for that
- use the new CD to install Windows. It should automatically see your hard drive as the drivers are integrated
Or, as said, plug the hard drive into the native SATA ports.
