I just received my brand new gig of ram. It is the exact same company and brand and everything as my last gig i have..yes i have 2 gigs in my comp right now. the company is corsair so it is a nice brand of ram. anyways i just put it in and when I restarted my comp and error came up, so i restarted and a different error came up. the computer is recognizing the 2 gigs and it seems to be working alright but here are teh errors if you all can see what they are:

1st one:

avgcc.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point ?_eginWaitCursor@CDlgBase@@QAEXXZ could not be located in the dynamic link library AvgCtrl.dll.

2nd one:

A problem occured with BackWEb-8876480.exe....close or send error report.

I just got a new mouse two days ago as well but it has been working fine. so what could be the problem. it doesn't seem to have any effect on my comp though other than the message, but i want to get rid of it.

backweb8876480 is a process that is running due to your recently installed mouse (I'm guessing a logitech). It looks for updates and makes you offers and stuff. Open the logitech software and disable this service, hopefully that will eliminate the error.
avgcc.exe is a file essential to AVG antivirus, try reinstalling the program.
Did you get these errors before adding the new ram? I can't see these errors being caused by a ram upgrade.

I started posting my questions before I even got to take a look at my errors, so I feel alittle stupid for asking after checking what the problem was....I was in a hurry to eat dinner hehe. anyways, that was an avg error and first time that has come up, I just restarted and did alittle check on the files and everything works great with the AVG. The back web was teh logitech automatic update service crap and got that disabled and everything is running fine. It just scared me that those two things just came up right after I put in the ram, weird how computers screw with you like that sometimes hehe. thanks alot for the help.
