the only question mark that i see in your build is the PSU, if it comes w/ a case, it might not be very good quality, so i would check that, and if its not, buy a case w/out a psu and by a good quality psu

Nice parts. You need a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers. (which I am sure you are aware of) and I agree with weremonkey - I would pitch that PSU and look into and Antec or Enermax ATX2.0 PSU. You might also want a floppy drive. What will you be using your Pc for?

i got a mouse keyboard and all that jazz.. but could use some recomendation for a cool case with a power supply.
using it for light gaming on a budget..

Nothing wrong with that case - just the power supply. Find one you like the looks of.

That motherboard has pretty good builtin 8 channel sound. You might want to try it out before you buy a sound card.

Looks like a very nice build. I would echo the sentiments to replace the PSU that comes with the case. A quality Antec, Enermex, XClio or something similar in the 450-500 watt range that is ATX 2.0 will finish off that build nicely and provide clean solid power.
