Auto link question

Hello,

I purchased an auto link from Omega technology that connects the keyboard and three parallel devices. The keyboard is working fine, but I want to know if to get the printer to work after I connect it to the auto link do I have to connect a male to male connector from the auto link to my computer parallel port to work. My product model is the 9AP252B1, it is not listed in the page, but I want to give you an idea about the auto link.

Of course you do (the print job has to get from the computer to the printer somehow - and it's sure not going to go through the keyboard) - but as I have said before, printer switch boxes are not recommended these days - adding extra parallel ports or using a print server is a much better way of doing it.
