I currently have a ATI X300 on my Dell Deminsion 4700
At first i thought this was a decent video card but the more I research and play with it I am coming to realize it is not any better then my old ATI 9000 it just seems to be because the PC is better then my old 1.2 gig processor.

My question is does anyone have any recommendations for a decent video card for about 150 dollars. I am using it basically for some gaming, I do a lot of Photoshop Editing with Adobe and other programs that are comparable but other then that it is just regular PC use.

Thank You in advance!

This seems like a decent card:

This is a bit over your budget, but has a higher core speed...

Do not get an X800GT. They are crappy downclocked versions of the X800. Get a nVidia 6600GT or an X800.
Personally, I'd go with a 6600GT with DDR3, such as this one...

That is, assuming you have PCI-Express. If not, here's an AGP 8X solution.

An X800GT is still better than a X300. Check your power supply wattage for minimums when you look at upgrades for Dells.
