LOUD screeching sound when i plug my speakers in

ok when i plug my speakers into the headphone(audio) or whatever you want to call it port a LOUD screeching noise is all you hear.the noise is LOUDDD,it's pretty scary too.what do you guys think it is?driver related?everything's fine in device manager(i think,no flags though)and it stop doing it when you kinda pull the cord a bit

oh yeah and its not the speakers,i used a diff set to check

Is this a dedicated sound card or onboard sound?

Probably need to turn down the volume to the headphone jack and adjust the volume at the speakers if they have controls.
