Does anyone know any free downloads to convert .mp3 files to .wav?

Try CDex it does a grear job ripping mp3's as well as converting them to wav's and it's free http://www.cdex.n3.net

I use Winamp. Go to Options>Preferences>Plugins>Output; Choose the DiskWriter output plugin, then Configure to choose where to send the .wav file. I used cdex too, but have done hundreds of mp3 to .wav with Winamp with no errors.

Of course Winamp doesn't rip from CD's like cdex does
