hey guys, i got a little problem, yesterday i got myself a TV capture. i installed it yesterday and everything worked swell. today when i open my program to see whats playing on TV, and found a problem. Everytime i change the channel hihger than cable tv, the pc restarts. and everytime i shut that program (to watch TV) off the pc restarts automaticly, im getting tired of this,
I have no idea where to fix this, did you guys experience the same problem?
IF so how do i repair this, do i need to reinstall? and set up everything again?
but what are the garranties, that this problem will not come back?

SO i re-installed it, but it did'nt work. i talked to another tech guy, and he said that it someties needs a fresh copy of windows, in other word a re-install of windows, i dont want to do that.

any ideas on how to solve this, thx

Did you try installing the card in different PCI slots? If you have it in PCI slot 1 it may have a resource conflict with the video card.

But why would it only restart once i turn the program off?

OK so i turned off the auto restart when windows finds an error, now i get this (when i close Intervideo)
windows has restarted to prevent this error,

had anyone ever had this problem plz im desprate and need help
