Why won't Aquamarks work?

I can't run the Aquamarks benchmarking software. It always bombs out with a message about an exception error. The software is trying to access privileged or secure memory (something like that).

My setup is in my sig. I'm sorry I don't remember the exact wording of the error message, but it happens several minutes or so into the benchmarking.

I shut down ZoneAlarm Security Suite before running the benchmark, have ContentProtect disabled and don't have any other software running.

Any ideas?
