Interesting FTP Issue

Ok I use a game called ootp which ftp's game plans/reports to a ftp that the commish of the leauges has. The issue is I can export via ftp when using dialup but when I am on wireless or my h ome cable connection I get no love and get cannot connect to server. I am on an XP machine, have looked at firewall settings and even turned off the firewall to try with no avail. Does anyone have any advice for someone going totally crazy.

Have you tried disabling both Windows firewall and whatever firewall you have on your wireless router?

Try using Active/Passive FTP (whichever one you do not currently have enabled). If you use IE, it is under Tools > Options > Advanced.
