I want to know how to create a bootable CD when burning a CD? can anyone help me

What software are you using to burn the CD with?

none? well i guess that might be part of the problem right?

Yes, if you are just burning the CD using Windows Explorer, for example, you aren't going to be able to do it. You need something like Nero Burning ROM to do this.
