newsgroup problem-outlook express

i changed ISPs..my outlook express continues to seek newgroups via the "old" ISP configuration----how do i erase same, so outlook will seek via the "new" isp? ive searched thru the "tools" menu and cant find an option that will do this? I cleared the name of the old isp from the menu-and-uninstalled the old isp software from comput--but--outlook still goes there when i fireup newgroups.

Tools->Accounts->News tab. Delete old add new.
