Is it time for a upgrade?

MSI Neo2 Platinum

3200+ 2.7ghz oc'ed

Gskillz 400ddr 1 gig

Nvidia 6800 16 pixels

80 gig hdd

Chenming server case

xclio 450 Psu

Just wondering if there is anything left in this, i still have 3 slots left for ram and i might be able to get bigger hdd. And im not quite sure if i see a big difference between 6800 agp and 6800 pci-e. Plz post you opinions i need them.

I do not see any reason to upgrade. Are you seeing struggling/lackluster performance from your system?

Well.. i like to have mid/best performance in all gaming online..... and just wondering if this is lacking. It plays bf2 like a dream, but does this system look good?

Just a thought, maybe a second stick of ram b/c you mobo supports dual channel you might want to take advantage of it.

Left, there are people who would consider building this as a value gaming build now. Ya it's using AGP over PCI-E, but that is still more then enough gaming power to keep you going for at least the next 6 months if not a year or so. Are you having problems with anything your playing? If not, why fix something that works just fine? When the specs for a new game you want to play needs more, then it might be time to upgrade to match those needs. Untill then enjoy what you have.

If you're happy with your system then you don't have to upgrade it...unless you're itching to spend some money on it.
