Burning PS2 Games

I know this topic is common.. but, I would like some information for myself.

I hear that DVD Disc ID Utility is used for getting the DNAS ID. What is DVD Decrypter used for? To make the image of a game?

I've looked for a DVD Disc ID Utility download, but couldn't find one. Where do I get it?

And, I should use DVD+R to burn the PS2 games, correct?

Use DVD Decrypter > Mode > ISO > Read
Click the DVD to HD Button
When it's done, use DVD DNAS Utility if it's an online game ???? right? steps for this?
