I think it's time to upgrade again

A couple of questions I have are: should I upgrad the PSU as well, and can I use my current memory as well? Also, wil I have to do anything with WinXP when I put in a new MOBO?

Use the computer for everyday household uses, as well as a little gaming (love BF2!)

I plan on reusing my case and CDRW, DVD..etc.

A couple of questions I have are: should I upgrad the PSU as well, That new motherboard has a 24 pin motherboard connection, does your Thermaltake have that or only the 20 pin power connector? If the Thermaltake only has a 20 pin power connector you should replace it with a ATX 2.0 PSU that has the 24 pin power connector.and can I use my current memory as well? That's a tough one. That graphics card in the Dell is nothing over the top. The card you picked out is better. If it were me, I would stick to what you have and upgrade the processor in the future. Although that Dell Digital Entertainment Starter Entertainment Pack and McAfee SecurityCenter looks enticing. :D

Do the build. You can always improve what you have with a home built. The Dell is nice but they come full of garbage software and are not very upgradable. JMHO

Agreed. That video card pretty lame compared to what you picked out. It's hypermemory, which means it steals memory from the system RAM for it's own use.
