Does anyone know of a program for DVD authoring that can accept layers from Photoshop?
I am sick of not having any creative control over my DVD menu pages when I author a DVD. I have used Intervideo WinDVD, but that program doesn't afford for any kind of creativity or changes. I have heard of authoring programs that accept layers from Photoshop for use as menus or buttons on a DVD menu. Does anyone know which programs do this? Thanks for the help.

Scenarist does, I can tell you that for sure.

Apart from Scen I don't know, but try DVDLab as well.

Dang that Scenarist looks expensive, what does that sell for? Does Sonic have a cheaper product that would do that?

Well, there is ReelDVD. I don't know if it can import photoshop files with layers, but a friend of mine once tried ReelDVD, and he told me it's similar to Scenarist, so it might be able to.

Have you tried DVDLab ? There is a free trial available.

Scenarist, DVDLab Pro (not DVDLab or DVDLab Studio AFAIK) and Adobe Encore DVD will all import (and export) .psd layers.
