Hello,

My computer is an MD8383XL and came with Cyberlink Power Cinema 3.0 which in turn came with an RF Remote Control.

The remote used to work just fine. Now the system (or rather the Power Cinema 3.0 software) doesn't respond to it.

I have uninstalled and re-installed PC3 and that didn't work.

Medion sent me a replacement remote control and that didn't work either.

I've noticed the remote is X10 based and I'm suspicious of the X10 hardware as I have found two *.log files (one is when it worked fine and the other represents its current dysfunctional state).

Can you have a look and play spot the ball between the two *.log files below ?

I can see a ' Shared DLL Counter Ignored ' in the latter and wonder if that is causing problems.
