lost communication to 4 in 1 cannon

i have a cannon multipass c3500 that at one time
was doing fine then for some reason i keep getting
a error something like"cannot inizialize printer"
seems to be a communication error i had the unit
checked out(it was under warranty) they said the
printer etc. was ok it was in my system had already
tried new cable p.s. fax,scanner,printer,copier
none will communicate

What else have you tried to get it to work. Have you uninstalled/reinstalled the All in One?

im new to a lot of this the only software i have is
quik restore in which case i lose everything i dont
know what all in one is can you guide me?

Exactly what kind of system do you have and we will go from there.

i have a compaq presario 5204 350mhz 3.5g hd 64m
ram i have already uninstal/install software, i have
also replaced the interconnect cable and still no
luck
