Is there anyways I can extend the range of my wireless keyboard? Are there any signal boosters you can buy? I want to be able to sit on my couch and use a computer hooked up to my entertainment center. The keyboard I bought said it could go up to 10 ft, but I am only getting five.

Is my only option to buy a cord extender for the PS/2 receiver and put it on a table next to my couch?

Might be your best bet. Ive not heard of any wireless KB/mouse extenders, and it would be cheaper than getting a new KB/mouse set with a higher distance. those ones I notice are far more expensive!
