I searched hi and low on the net, in the manuals(worthless) on how to set up the top of the case Audio & Speaker ports on the Thermaltake Tsunami VA3000BNA, the MB is a Asus P5WD2. I have tried different combos with these plugs but I can't seem to get it.
If anyone out there has ever set up this combo MB and Case and knows something, help would be greatly appreciated. I emailed support at Asus and Thermaltake but no replies......
Here is two pics, on the left in the pics is from the MB user guide and the wires from the case......

On one of my computer's motherboard I had to set a jumper in order for the front sound to work (It is a ASUS motherboard can't remember the model #) might want to check your motherboard's manual (Might be the solution).

Use the AC'97 layout:
Line out_R - Ear R
Line out_L - Ear L
AGND - Ground
MicPWR - Mic VCC
Mic2 - Mic In
NC - Not connected.

Wow. I didn't know it was so tough to set up one of those. The manuals are infamous for being hazy.
