I still consider myself a newbie, but after building a few successful machines, everyone I know considers me an expert...huh, go figure. Anyway everyone calls me for help, and after a thousand trips to their houses i'm sick of it.
I'm really interested in remote access and fixing their boxes from my easy chair.
Windows based remote access how to's seem very complicated. It seems to me that Microsoft's remote access program is geared more toward corporate users wanting to access a company server, than Joe Blow wanting to fix his neighbors stuff. Is this true? and do i have to turn my setup into a server in order to do what I want?
