Need Opinions on my Final Build

Well to start this is my first attempt at building a computer; it will be used almost entirely for gaming. I have been researching, reading reviews, product manuals, etc for the past three weeks trying to make sure I am getting quality and compatible components. I am looking for some opinions on what I have put together, any comments/suggestions would be appriciated. Thanks in advance :D .

Major overkill on the ram unless you are going to be overclocking heavily. At 800 FSB, you can't use the bandwidth of anything over DDR2 533. Just because the board officially supports DDR2 800 doesn't mean that's what's appropriate. Even the 1066 FSB EE processors can't use over DDR2 667 effectively.

Power supply looks incompatible with the motherboard and is only single rail. Asus lists the connectors on this (http://www.asus.com/products4.aspx?modelmenu=2&model=981&l1=3&l2=11&l3=248)page. 24-pin ATX Power connector 4-pin ASUS EZ Plug connector 2 x 4-pin EATX12V Power connector Case is not on Intel's TAC (Thermally Advantaged Chassis) list (http://www.intel.com/cd/channel/reseller/asmo-na/eng/tech_reference/box_desktop/int_inst_info/dsk_tested_source_lists/53211.htm), which could lead to overheating problems. Nvidia video card on a Crossfire capable motherboard.

If i were you, since this is a gaming PC, you might want to look at the Athlon 3800+.

If you want more of a multitasking CPU, spend the extra 10-15$ on X2 3800+.

The 3800+ yields more in the fps tests, while the x2 3800 yields less fps but more multitasking abilities.

GLC I found some Corsair RAM (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145558) but the cost for 2GB is about $115 more than the patriot is it worth it?

Jayb, from what I have read the Asus EZplug is a 4-pin molex connector, it is for stability when using dual video cards. I took you're advice about the 12V dual rails though, I am looking at the antec I listed further down.

Danky I know a lot of people find Athlon better then Intel, but I have always had good luck with Intel and decided to stick with it.
