I don't know what this is, but no matter how many times I delete it keeps coming back. It's very annoying that this thing pops up like a a pop-up ad along with command prompt EVER so often.

I don't know what more I can tell, but if this isn't enough info just ask and I will try to give you guys more. I REALLY need to get rid of the scource of whatever is doing this.

I would only go to reformatting as a last resort since my brother has files on this computer and I'd have to wait for him to get back from college to get whatever files he needs/has on this comp.

I tried that last night and it detected it and deleted it, but the problem is still there.

But how would you got about the programs on google when you type in "h91746.exe", with quotes. I mean the programs on top.

I googled for a solution and did see that page at school. I just skimmed through it, while at school, but couldn't quite comprehend it because of all those posts I didn't know which one to go for.

It actually seems that CounterSpy did work. When I got home from school I didn't see any of it coming back as of 4:00pm or so when I got home. It must have just needed a restart which I didn't do since it was late at night and I was tired and frustrated.
