i have a client who uses goldmine corporate edition at there place of employment with 15 users. i believe they are using version 6.7. the problem i am having is two of the employees have two emails in there inbox that they cant delete, rename, move to another folder/trash can. we contacted frontrange technical support and they did not have any answers as to rectifying this situation. nobody else there is having this problem.
has anyone ever run into this problem? if so, what steps did you take to resolve this issue? any comments/ideas/tips/solutions are greatly appreciated.
