If you go into Outlook help and type in "creating multiple identities" it will walk you through the process. It invloves setting up seperate inboxes for multiple users.

I am not sure if you mean for multiple users like Kev suggested or for multiple addresses for one person but you can go to tools and then accounts and then add acount. You can have as many as you want i believe although i am sure there is some theoretical limit.

In OE you do it through "identities" or "manage identiies". I'm certain the same ability exists in Outlook, though I am not an Outlook user.

I haven't been able to figure this out in Outlook either. Though you can set up multiple accounts, all the emails show up in the same Outlook inbox and replies will all be from the same account. In OE I used to have a "business identity" and I personal one. Each had it's own sepparte name and signature etc. Haven't been able to do that with Outlook.

Yeah, but I think that's a negative aspect of Outlook.
