Conflict Of Programs????????

Dear all,
I recently created an invoice program using Accessand VB, while it prints using Crystal Report. It works perfectly, when I install it on any PC. But when I install WINBOOKS I cant print anything from my program, and Winbooks requires a password when I want to print any of its forms too.

What can be the problem and how do I solve it?

I left this for the day because my programing skills are basic (at best) and we do have members who can give you way better advice than I can.
But it's Sat. afternoon with no replys so I will.
