HP Laptop shows no signs of life....

Hey guys, long time no post! Anyways, I've got this HP DV1000 that has been really reliable. A few months ago, one day, it just wouldn't turn on. I think the power light may have flashed quickly, but with ac or battery, it just won't turn on. What could it be?
