View Full Version : need help with Notron Antivirus 10 Corporate Version

Hello everyone. My office has workstations (Win xp pro) connected to a server. The IT guy installed NAV 10 Corp. on all workstations from the server and we got a new machine (it got a *still* valid NAV 2003 come with it) so I plan to install NAV to the new PC as well. I turned off the new PC firewall, from the "system center" on server using "Remoteclient Install", it detects it and able to send the installation files to this new PC. But, nothing happens on the new PC, no signs of installing anything. Is there a reason why? Any possible solution? Thanks. :)

First, you will need to uninstall NAV 2003.
As for a complete remote install, I'm not sure exactly how that works with NAV 10, or how it's set up on your network. Your best bet would be to call your IT department and ask if you could have someone install it for you. If they can't do it remotely, someone will have to install the NAV client from a CD.

Thanks, I uninstalled NAV 2003 and everything goes smoothly.
