OK got my pc together, everything seems like they work, but I can't reset the pc, or power it off unless I turn off the PSU itself. Also can't get picture on the computer monitor. I'm hoping whatever problem it is, its related? :P

Make sure the reset switch from the case is properly connected to the front panel header.

As far as the monitor not getting a signal, try this:

This my sound dumb but is the VC compatabile with the MOBO? if it is try a different VC. as for the power problem i agree with the above.. if it is all good and correct might want to consider RMAing the MOBO.

You should probably list all the components (including power supply brand and wattage).
