Proxy probs

Hi guys.

I frequent a forum that quite often i wish to download mp3 links that people have posted.

However i am browsing there via a proxy

browseatwork.com and it never allows me to finish the download.

So im wondering what my options are and can you guys help at all?

The only option I know of is not to use the proxy.
